Camp Rules
As a leader or scout, you are likely familiar with most camp rules. However, since participants come from different cultures, we want to ensure that everyone is well-informed about the camp regulations.
Please take a few minutes to read our rules, understand the importance of respecting one another, and learn how we ensure that everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and fun camp experience.
Respect for One Another

We treat everyone at Brekkulegan 2025 with respect and kindness.

Adults should take care not to be alone with someone under 18.

Everyone is responsible for their personal belongings. Please take care of your items and respect others' belongings. Theft of any kind, including stealing badges, flags, or other items, will not be tolerated.

How Brekkulegan Works to Create a Fun, Exciting, and Safe Camp
Brekkulegan places a high priority on the well-being of all participants. We want Brekkulegan to be a memorable and enjoyable camp for everyone — an experience that all will fondly remember!
We have many staff members constantly working to create a great environment. Our staff is always there with a smile, ready to assist you as best they can!
We will also have medics available on the campgrounds at all times, and there will be a doctor in the village whom we can contact if needed during the camp. In case of any incidents, an emergency phone number will be provided for assistance. This is Brekkulegan's emergency line. For urgent situations, you should call the Faroe Islands emergency number, 112.
The leader of each patrol is responsible for the well-being and happiness of the patrol. It's important that we all treat each other well and help one another.
Together, we make Brekkulegan something truly special, where everyone thrives and enjoys themselves!
