These are Faroese families who have volunteered to host scouts in their homes, offering them a unique experience.

On average, a family hosts about 2-3 scouts. You will have a place to sleep, access to a toilet and shower, and meals provided by the family. In addition, you will get to experience what it is truly like to live as a Faroese person.

Since the families are volunteering, there is no cost when choosing to stay with a Faroese family.

All families have been selected by the Brekkulegan team to ensure that you are staying with a safe and caring host.

Please note that there is limited availability for staying with a Faroese family, so priority will be given to IST members, those who have registered in an international scout patrol and smaller groups.
